Recruitment process

- Register on Friends of ISF (link: ) and complete the online application form.

- Complete the online application and upload required documents: passport-size photo, family photo, birth certificate, HKID or passport, recent school reports, a school reference form (Grades 2–11), and Chinese/English writing samples (Grades 2–11).

- Pay the HK$1,000 non-refundable application fee via PayPal and submit the application by the deadline (e.g., Nov 18, 2025 for Grade 6–11 entry).

- Attend Stage 1A assessments (written exams in Chinese, English, and Mathematics in late Nov 2025).

- If shortlisted, attend Stage 1B assessments in Jan 2026: oral interviews and group activities in English and Putonghua.

- Parents attend a Stage 2 meeting with senior staff (Feb–Mar 2026); bring original documents for verification.

- Receive the admission decision by early April 2026.

- If offered a place, confirm enrollment by submitting the online Enrollment Confirmation Form by the deadline and pay the required acceptance deposit (and capital contribution) to secure the place.
