The European Azerbaijan School, located in Baku, is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan. It is distinguished as the only school in Azerbaijan accredited for all four International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes: Primary Years, Middle Years, Diploma, and Career-related Programmes. The school operates on two campuses, with the Yasamal campus hosting Early Years and Primary programmes, while the Badamdar campus accommodates Middle Years, Diploma, and Career-related Programmes. Notably, EAS offers a unique Career-related Programme incorporating Pearson BTEC qualifications, providing students with career readiness skills and industry-recognized certifications. Recruitment process

- Complete an application to the DP programme and submit it to the DP Coordinator (DPC) by the given deadline.

- Write an essay in English about why you wish to be an IBDP student.

- Attend an interview with the DPC to discuss academic and career goals, the essay, academic record, and teacher references.

- The DPC presents findings to a panel of DP teachers and administrators for approval.

- Receive notification of the panel's decision from the DPC.

- If dissatisfied, file an appeal within 5 school days.

- Provide the following documents: a parent's application, passport-sized photo, original and copy of national ID for Azerbaijani citizens or passport/residency card for international students, certificate of general education for Azerbaijani citizens or transfer certificate and transcript from previous school for international students, medical certificate (form 26U), and transcripts from the previous school.

- Once admitted, follow instructions for student transfer via the Ministry of Education's student transfer link.
